Please call our clinic to book an appointment. We do not guarantee walk-in availability, but we ensure that urgent appointments are available each day for acute medical needs.
Results Policy
For your privacy and safety, medical results are not given over the phone. Please book a follow-up appointment with your doctor to discuss any test results.
Patients will only be contacted if their results require follow-up. If an appointment is needed, our Registered Nurse or Reception Team will contact you to arrange a follow-up appointment with your doctor, as appropriate.
If you have not received any notification and wish to enquire about your results, please contact the clinic after 10:00 am.
Telehealth
Telehealth consultations are available via phone or video. Please call to arrange a telehealth booking.
Scripts & Referrals
All prescription renewals and medical referrals require a consultation appointment with your doctor to ensure ongoing safe management of your health.
