Supporting recovery from workplace injuries and illness.
If you have been injured at work or developed a work-related illness, our GPs can provide assessment, treatment, and the documentation required for a WorkCover claim. We work with you, your employer, and the insurer to support your recovery.
What we provide
- Initial assessment and management of workplace injuries
- Completion of WorkCover certificates and documentation
- Ongoing injury management and treatment plans
- Referrals to physiotherapy, psychology, and specialist services
- Return-to-work planning and capacity certificates
- Management of work-related psychological injury
- Liaison with employers and insurers as required
Who is this for?
Anyone who has sustained an injury or illness in the course of their employment and wishes to lodge or manage a WorkCover claim.
What to expect
Please bring your employer's details and any WorkCover claim information if available. If a claim number has not yet been issued, payment is required at the time of consultation until a valid claim number is provided. A Workers Compensation Consent Form is available from our reception.
