Accessing quality antenatal care in a rural setting can be challenging. We are committed to supporting pregnant women on the Limestone Coast by providing local shared care, reducing the need for frequent long-distance travel.
What we provide
- Early pregnancy confirmation and care planning
- Shared antenatal care in collaboration with your obstetrician or midwife
- Dr Alex Wells holds ARANZCOG (Cert), enabling him to provide obstetric shared care
- Regular antenatal check-ups including blood pressure, urine, and foetal monitoring
- Referrals for obstetric ultrasounds and specialist care
- Discussion of birth preferences and delivery planning
- Postnatal checks for both mother and baby

Pregnant women and those planning a pregnancy, particularly those living in Kingston, Robe, and surrounding Limestone Coast communities.

If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, please book an early appointment with one of our GPs. We will discuss your options, arrange appropriate referrals, and coordinate your ongoing care to make the process as smooth as possible.
